Yang to Yin Yoga

Exhale the week that’s been, and soften into the one ahead.

This Sunday evening Yang to Yin class is a steady, nourishing practice designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself. We begin with an uplifting, flowing Yang sequence to gently energise the body, release held tension, and clear mental noise. From there, the pace slows as we transition into deep Yin postures, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to soften.

Expect mindful movement, grounded breathwork, and time to pause – supporting both physical release and a sense of emotional and mental ease. This is a space to let go of effort, drop out of the busy mind, and create space for what’s next.

Suitable for all levels, this class isn’t about pushing or perfecting poses. You’re invited to move in a way that feels supportive, listening to your body and meeting yourself exactly where you are.
