This interactive session will help you understand what is really driving your stress, and more importantly, what to do about it.
Plus, you’ll create your own personalised action plan, so you leave knowing exactly where to start.
Gentle Somatic Flow Movement
No experience needed. This is about tuning in, not pushing through.
This calming, supportive session will help you:
- Release physical tension
- Slow your breathing
- Gently bring your nervous system back into balance
Think: slow, grounding, and deeply restorative.
Guided meditation
A chance to fully switch off and reset mentally.
You’ll be guided through a soothing meditation designed to:
- Quiet a busy mind
- Reduce anxiety and overwhelm
- Leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more centred
Think: the opposite of your do-to list!
