May 30 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Bristol Print Museum are partnering with the Campaign Against Whimsical Letterpress to raise awareness of print’s historical significance.
Gone are the whimsical pleasantries – we’re giving power back to the printed word.
Use antique wood type that was used in the local newspaper industry to print your own poster! It can say anything you want; the only rule? It must say something meaningful to you…
-No experience needed (but fun even for experts!)
-All ages and abilities welcome (and encouraged!)
-Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-All materials provided. Please wear clothing you don’t mind getting a little inky.
Saturday May 30th 2026: 11am – 4pm
